Speaker: Dr. Eamon Walsh
Auxiliary to the Archbishop of Dublin with responsibility for Tallaght, together with the south-west rural and city regions.. Born in Co. Kildare, studied for the priesthood at Clonliffe College and at the Lateran University. He received a BA Degree in Philosophy and the Licence in Theology. He is also a Barrister-at-Law. He is a former chaplain to several schools and prisons. He was the first Chaplain appointed to Arbour Hill Prison, and former Secretary to the late Archbishop Kevin McNamara*. He is a member of the Communications and Finance Commissions, the Bishops Initiative on Drugs, Chairperson of the Irish Bishops Council for Immigrants and a member of the Commission for Migrants
